Goal: Develop, educate, and implement a consistent brand identity, from logo creation to image usage guidelines.
Responsibility: I acted as the creative director on the rebranding project. When I started with Paylocity I took it upon myself to create a brand guide and develop a clear branding system including guidelines around language (voice), logo usage, photography, colors, typography, iconography and a grid system. Once the system was developed I worked with Learning and Development to launch a company wide training course around the brand identity and how to use the brand effectively. This training presentation was written, illustrated and developed by me.
