1. Thinking Out Loud
I have been an Ed Sheeran fan for awhile now but there is something about this songs ability to transport you. For me, this song takes me back to Playa del Carmen on my wedding day when I had my first dance with my Husband <3
2. Love
Late 90s Hip Hop and R&B is my guilty pleasure. I absolutely love it... Usher, Mariah Carey, TLC, Keyshia Cole, Destiny's Child, 702, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Ginuwine, K-Ci & JoJo... the list goes on and on.
3. Hooked on a Feeling
Gardian's of the Galaxy has the best movie soundtrack of all time, in my opinion. But there was something about Chris Pratt and his cassette player got me Hooked on a Feeling.
4. Blue
When I was 10 years old my mom bought me tickets to see LeAnn Rimes in Concert. I loved her yodeling and her ability to sing with such emotion. To this day when I am feeling Blue this is my go to song to belt out my feelings.
5. In the Air Tonight
Well there is not much to say about this song... I love Phil Collins and I love playing the air drums, end of story.
6. BigCityDreams
During my time studying abroad I listened to this song on repeat. It was the song that reminded me that I was on an adventure but my home town will always be there waiting for me, "This midwest town is gonna miss you." NeverShoutNever also has a song called Happy... if you need a reminder about what it feels like to be Happy you should listen to it.
7. The Coffee Song
There are about 100 Frank Sinatra songs that I absolutely love but the Coffee song is the pinnacle of everything I love about Frank. The fun beat and the quirky lyrics "they got an awful lot of coffee in Brazil." The line at the very end of the song is the best... so make sure you stick around for the sugar at the end.
8. Do the Math
I am a HUGE Fan of Cherub. They might be my favorite band right now... They have fun lyrics and a super unique range to their voices. I honestly could have put almost any of their songs on this list because I just love their overall sound.
9. Chasing Pavements
Adele had to make the list... I struggled with which song should make the list because she is such a vocal powerhouse. Ultimately, this is the first song of hers that I connected with. It is still just as powerful as the first time I heard it in 2008.
10. It Wont Stop
According to my iTunes account I have listened to this song over 600 times and I could still listen to it over and over again, it just wont stop and I really can't explain why.
